DEPOSIT
To secure a date, a signed contract with a %50 payment of total service fee is required. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Both the contract and the deposit must be received to secure required date. (PLEASE NOTE: Bridal trial and deposit fees are separate costs)

FINAL PAYMENT
This full payment is due one week before event date. The person(s) responsible for the full payment is the person(s) whose name appears on this contract.

CONSULTATIONS
Consultation sessions are tailored towards getting a better understanding of the bride’s needs, allergies, desires and overall look of the day. It is a 30-minute chat session and comes at no charge for the bride. This service is also available to bridesmaids, mothers/grandmothers and extended family members at £20 each.

HOURLY RATES
If it is requested for the makeup artist to wait behind for touch up and/or makeup change services, an hourly rate of £10.00 is required. This charge commences after the expected finish time for makeup application.

DELAYS
A late fee of £10 will be charged for every 30 minutes the client delays from the scheduled time or the makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client’s delay.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before client’s reserved date otherwise, full payment agreed in this contract will be paid at agreed deadline.

LIABILITY
All brushes, tools and makeup products are sanitized before every makeup application. Any allergies and /or skin conditions should be reported to the makeup artist prior the makeup service or during the consultation. Client agrees to release the makeup artist (Ifeoluwa Akinfaloye) from liability from any skin complications due to allergies.

SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
During the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, the company continues to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times. If anyone in the party is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or has recently tested positive to the virus, services will not be provided to them.

WORK SPACE
Kindly ensure that space provided for makeup session is airy, spacious and cool. Only the bride and other crucial vendors like the photographer/videographer should remain in the room with the makeup artist during makeup session. This is so as to reduce distractions and ensure a smooth service delivery.

ACCOMMODATION
Please note that Glee makeovers is based in Leeds therefore, any services rendered outside Leeds would attract a transportation and accommodation cost. Kindly ensure that accommodation is in a conducive environment.

REFUND
All payments and services are NON-REFUNDABLE. In cases of any emergency situation from the makeup artist, a FULL refund will be made to the client.

MEDIA CONTENT
Photos and videos taken by makeup artist on the day of wedding can be used as promotional content on their websites and social media pages.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Questions would have been asked prior and so makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction.
